VP events is run by a small creative team who do this out of a love for creating storylines and bringing worlds to life. We believe that LARP is a form of artistic expression that deserves to be explored in a variety of ways, as such we bring our own backgrounds and experiences to create something we hope plenty of others will enjoy!
Event Manager & Plot Writer
Scarlett Hayler-King
Scarlett is a versatile performer and director with roots in the Barefoot Players theatrical company and experience as a production assistant on films such as Les Misérables (2012), Rush (2013) and Total Recall (2012) as well as organising live training experiences for the British Army.
They have directed multiple theatrical plays and they bring nearly 15 years of live-action roleplay experience to their work, blending immersive storytelling with artistic depth and a passion for character-driven narrative.

James Dennis
James is an accomplished stage manager and performer with years of experience across a wide range of theatrical productions from Shakespeare to Pantomime. He brings versatile depth to every role and his dedication to the dramatic arts is truly commendable.
Behind the scenes, his administrative expertise is second to none - organising, coordinating, and supporting with exceptional professionalism and care. His work reflects a rare blend of logistical mastery and artistic insight.
