Recognised in their shades of blue, the Abbots are known for their distinctively immaculate attire. Their garments are simple but obsessively maintained: crisp linens, spotless cuffs and perfectly tied caps. They always carry a small scented sachet to ward off “corruption”.
The colony’s guardians of moral cleanliness, propriety, and social reputation.
They believe that sin spreads like a sickness, quietly but catastrophically.
Their opinion carries weight with who should be trusted, who should be watched, and who should be shunned.
They excel at spotting impropriety and ensuring that scandal never takes root, insisting it must be dug out and removed immediately.

Family Ability: “A Stain Upon You”
Once per game, an Abbot may declare to a single target that there is “a stain upon you”. The target is overcome with an overwhelming sensation of exposure, as if a deeply hidden shame, moral failing or secret misdeed is laid bare for all the world to see - it does not matter how true this is. The feeling is intense and immediate.
This feeling will dissipate once the Abbot has declared the stain has been washed clean or the town declares it so.
